Lights, Music, Action! Our lighting and sound system provides riders with a dynamic and up-beat group exercise experience. This is a workout you’ll want to do again and again. Taught by the fabulous and unstoppable Luciana Mendonca, she'll get your heart rate up, your body moving and burn massive amounts of calories. Give it a try. You’ll love it.
Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm Cost is $20 class or buy a Spin Card and get your classes for only $15.
