I am happy to announce that personal training will begin at FUSE on Monday December 11th. Bootcamp will resume Weds night at 7pm and Saturday morning at 7.30am. Hopefully by January we'll be adding a 3rd class. Lucky people.
We will be spending this weekend working on a few finishing touches and moving around extremely heavy pieces of equipment until I say I'm happy with it's location. It's kinda like a square dance with an elephant. Luckily, I'm the caller. The Jimmy & Hector Moving Company aren't quite so lucky.
I have to tell you, this space is so great. It is exactly what I was looking for and it's for 'serious workouts' as one of my friends said when she came to see it. If she didn't run for the hills then you shouldn't either. But you should be ready for something different. This is no Courtside! Maybe it's Curbside! Okay I'm scaring you so I'll stop now. Come round and say Hi if you're passing. I'll show you my tile work I am so very proud of and Jimmy can show you his dancing skills with the elephants.
